Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-18

This Privacy Policy explains how WorkForce Command Center (“WFCC”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the WFCC website, progressive web app, and mobile applications available at https://wfcc.pro (together, the “Services”).

1. Who we are

WFCC (WorkForce Command Center) is a workforce coordination platform for messaging, tasks, documents, visas/immigration workflows, media calls, and related HR operations.

For privacy requests, contact us at privacy@wfcc.pro.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile: phone number or username, password (stored as a secure hash), name, optional email, date of birth, nationality, language, timezone, profession, profile photo, and role or employment status in your organization.

Communications and files: chat messages, attachments (photos, video, voice, documents), shared location pins, shared contacts, call/session metadata, and optional call recordings or voice transcriptions when those features are used.

Documents and HR data: identity and travel documents you upload, visa and arrival-registration forms, questionnaires (which may include sensitive identity, address, family, education, or similar fields required by your organization), and related verification status.

Location: if you enable location features, approximate or precise coordinates may be sent periodically while the app is able to report them, and when you choose to share a location in chat. You can turn background location reporting off in Profile.

Device and push data: device identifiers used for push notifications (for example FCM tokens), device name, app version, platform, and technical logs needed to deliver messages and calls.

Security and analytics: IP address, approximate country (GeoIP), API request paths, latency, authentication events, and audit records used for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

Biometrics: if you enable biometric login, fingerprint or face data stays on your device via the operating system. We do not receive biometric templates.

3. How we use information

We use personal data to provide and operate the Services; authenticate users; enable chat, tasks, reports, documents, visas, and calls; send push and in-app notifications; support offline sync; translate content when you use translation features; extract document fields with OCR/AI tools when configured; monitor security and platform health; and comply with legal obligations.

Organization administrators and managers with appropriate roles may access workforce data (such as profiles, documents, location visibility, or audit information) according to permissions configured for your organization.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process data based on: performance of a contract (providing the Services you request); legitimate interests (security, service improvement, fraud prevention); consent (for example optional location or biometric unlock); and legal obligations.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share data with: your organization and authorized staff; infrastructure and messaging providers needed to run the Services (including push notification providers such as Firebase Cloud Messaging); translation providers when translation is used; optional OCR/AI processing components when document or assistant features are enabled; email delivery providers for password reset or operational alerts; and authorities when required by law.

Opening a shared map location may launch an external maps application. That app’s privacy policy then applies to data it receives.

6. Retention

We retain account, message, file, document, and audit data for as long as needed to provide the Services to you and your organization, meet legal retention requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce security. Push tokens that become inactive may be removed periodically. You may request deletion as described below; some records may remain in backups for a limited period.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, access controls by role, and operational monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep your device protected.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

In the app you can update profile details, change password, manage biometric login, disable location reporting, manage notification settings, and use privacy vault features to hide contacts.

To exercise privacy rights or ask questions, email privacy@wfcc.pro. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

9. International transfers

The Services may be hosted or accessed from more than one country. Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps appropriate to the applicable law to protect it.

10. Children

The Services are intended for workforce and organizational use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided data, contact privacy@wfcc.pro.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
