Files

Files is the organization’s shared library: folders with files that people share in tasks, reports and chats.

Photos and other files

• A photo opens as a lighter viewing copy, up to 1600 px on the long side, so it loads fast on a mobile network.
• When you save a photo that is larger than that, WFCC asks which copy you want: Standard (the viewing copy) or Original (full resolution).
• Other files, including SVG images, open or download as the original file.

Uploads on a weak network

Large files are uploaded in parts. If the network drops or changes, the upload continues from where it stopped instead of starting over.

Download a file

1. Open the file from the library, a chat, a task or a report.
2. Save it with Download File.

Without a connection

Files you have already opened can be previewed offline.
