Notifications don't arrive

Where push works

Push notifications arrive when the app is closed on Android. On Windows and in the browser, push is not available: WFCC shows Push notifications are not available on this device. In-app alerts still work. and you see notifications in the app while it is open.

Check on Android

1. Allow notifications for WFCC in the phone’s settings.
2. Turn off battery restrictions. In WFCC, open your profile → Background access and follow the prompt. Some phones, including Honor and Huawei, close apps in the background unless you allow it.
3. Check the account. With several accounts on one phone, check whether Notifications for active account only is on in your profile: then push comes only for the account in use.
4. Check the filters. In the notification feed, make sure the filter is All.
