Audit log

Audit log records changes made in WFCC and sign-in events: who did what, to which record, when, from which IP, and whether it succeeded.

Who can open it

• Directors see the events of their team — the people who accepted them as a manager.
• Super admins see the whole organization.

What is recorded

• Changes to tasks, reports, documents, visa requests, arrival registrations and messages.
• Changes to users, roles, role requests, permissions and reporting lines.
• Sign-ins, failed sign-ins and password changes.

Find an event

1. Open Audit log.
2. Search by action, person, record or IP.
3. Filter by action, by result — Success or Failure — and by record type.
