Management overview

For directors and super admins, the home screen is the Management overview dashboard.

• Cards. Professionals (active and pending), Tasks (overdue and new), Reports (pending and done), Expiring (documents in 30 days).
• Alerts. Overdue tasks, reports awaiting review and documents expiring soon, each with a link to the list.
• Activity. Platform usage and language-learning activity charts.

Worker audit

Worker audit shows everything about one person on your team in one place. Team leads, HR, directors and super admins can open it.

Choose an employee, and the screen shows sections such as:

• Tasks, Reports, Documents;
• Visa requests and Arrival registration;
• Conversations and Calls;
• Language learning;
• Reporting line;
• Access & password.

Which sections you see depends on your role.

Location. Where the app has location data for the person, the screen shows a Movement map. A place is marked Approximate when it is only weakly confirmed, and Location conflict when GPS, network location and IP disagree.

Password reset link. In Access & password, you can Create password reset link for someone in a lower role. The link works once and lets the person set a new password without the old one.
