What is WFCC

WFCC — Workforce Command Center — is one app for teams that work in the field and the people who manage them. Chat, tasks, reports, documents, visas, calls and language training live together, and the app keeps working when the signal drops.

What is inside

  • Chat — direct and group chats, voice messages, files, location, and message translation.
  • Tasks — checklists, comments, attachments, review and overdue flags.
  • Reports — templates, a chosen recipient, accept or return with a reason, PDF export.
  • Documents and visas — expiry dates with reminders, arrival registrations.
  • Calls — voice and video, group calls and screen sharing, built for weak networks.
  • Language training — short daily practice in the language of the job.
  • Working without signal — changes wait on the device and sync later.
