Visas and arrival registration

The visa section keeps each person’s visa records and arrival registrations next to their profile.

What is there

• Visa applications. Create an application with Create Application and follow its status on the request page. The visa number can be left empty until it is issued.
• Arrival registrations. Record where the person stays: Country, City, Address, arrival date and port of entry.
• Guided arrival forms. For Indonesia and Thailand, the registration opens the country’s arrival portal with the details from WFCC filled in.

Add an arrival registration

1. Open the visa section from the home screen.
2. Create the registration and fill in the arrival and address details.
3. Use the country portal if you arrive in Indonesia or Thailand: open it from the registration and finish the official form.

These screens need a connection; they are not saved offline.

Reminders

The record’s owner gets a notification when a visa is due to expire within 60 days and when an arrival registration ends within 30 days.
